Introducing D&Co’s 13th Housing Week in Middle-Earth contest!

It has been a long time since we walked together through the personal Premium Houses of Middle-Earth, hasn’t it?

It will be the first time that the competition will feature Erebor houses, and I can’t wait to see what you managed to do with those.

I am therefore happy to announce the beginning of Housing Week in Middle Earth #13: Personal Premium Houses!

Reminder – Housing Week in Middle Earth?! What’s that?

Housing Week in Middle-Earth is a contest in which participants have the chance to win some cool prizes by showing off their expertly decorated houses in LotRO. We have already enjoyed 12 very successful Housing Weeks since the creation of D&Co du Milieu.

Players on all servers are welcome! Enter the contest by showing us your beautiful house!

Previous Housing Week Contests

Housing Week in Middle-Earth #13

The last Housing Week contest was held for personal (Classic) houses of Eriador only. This time around, we will focus exclusively on personal Premium Houses of Middle-Earth (Belfalas, Rohan, and Erebor).

Feel free to submit any personal house of your choice located in a Premium neighborhood (Belfalas, Rohan, or Erebor).

Note 1: Premium Kinship houses are not allowed.

Note 2: A Rohan Mead Hall is not a Kinship house and is therefore allowed to be submitted for this contest.

Note 3: our next Housing Week Contest will be dedicated to Kinship Houses.

Rules & Dates

Dates

Participations – Now through Sunday, July 3rd at 11:59pm (EDT (UTC-5))

Fill out the form at the bottom before the deadline and try to be one of the 15 personal Premium Houses selected for this contest.

Note: Only one entry per person is allowed during the submission period.

Selection: Monday, July 18th

The selection of 15 houses and all associated photos will be posted in the morning.

I will select 7 houses from Erebor, and 8 houses from the other two Premium neighborhoods (Rohan and Belfalas).

Visits and votes: July 18th through July 24th at 11:59pm

You will have a full week to visit, enjoy, and rate them !

Results

Depending on my schedule and the amount of information to be processed, the results of this competition will be published in the days following the end of the voting period.

Rules, Votes, Jury, Rewards:

Personal Premium Houses (only!)

This time, it is the personal Premium Houses (Belfalas, Rohan and Erebor) that I want! No other houses, please :).
Classic and Kinship Houses are not welcome.

Votes

A form for voting will be available online on July 18th.
Only one vote per person, cheating is still not tolerated.
The house with the best average score wins.

Jury

More info to come when we’ll have our Final Fifteens.

The Jury Prize (x2)

Great yards will be rewarded! The jury will once again reward the most beautiful garden among the 15 selected houses. One prize will be awarded to the best yard among Belfalas and Rohan houses, and the other one to the best yard in Erebor.

This does not mean that only yards will be rewarded. The Jury Prize is separate from the classic voting.

Rewards

Rewards will be detailed once we get our Final Fifteen. Expect some LotRO Points, Best House Trophies, and a few other things!

I wish you the best of luck for this new edition of Housing Week in Middle Earth !

May the most beautiful house win 🙂

Hey, it’s weird I’ve never heard about these. Perhaps I’ll share something of mine 🙂 One question though, should I post screenshot links in the form under description? Or are the screenshots something that you do?
